Delete Your Account

Self-service removal of your D-Pass VPN account and associated data.

How to request deletion

  1. Enter the email address you used to register below.
  2. We'll send a 6-digit verification code to that email (valid for 10 minutes).
  3. Enter the code and click Delete my account.
  4. Your account is removed immediately. You'll see a confirmation message.

Data we are required to retain

⚠ Subscriptions and refunds Time you have already paid for is not refunded. When you delete your account, future renewals are stopped as follows:
  • Google Play and our website (Stripe): your auto-renewal is being cancelled for you (this runs in the background right after deletion). The current paid period simply ends and you will not be charged again.
  • App Store (iPhone / iPad / Mac / Apple TV): Apple does not allow us to cancel it for you. Cancel it yourself in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → D-Pass VPN → Cancel Subscription, otherwise Apple keeps billing you.

依法保留的数据

类别保留期依据
支付交易记录（交易 ID、金额、套餐、付款时间）7 年美国税法（IRS）及反洗钱法规（FinCEN）要求商户保留财务记录。
诊断日志（仅当您主动通过"上报日志"上传时）90 天用于服务端故障排查；非主动上传不会收集。
⚠ 订阅与退款 已付费的时长不退款。注销账户时，后续的自动续订按下列方式停止：
  • Google Play 与官网（Stripe）：注销后我们正在为您取消自动续订（在后台进行，稍后完成）。当前已付周期到期后自然结束，不会再扣费。
  • App Store（iPhone / iPad / Mac / Apple TV）：Apple 不允许我们代为取消。请自行在「设置 → 您的姓名 → 订阅 → 飞客通 → 取消订阅」中取消，否则 Apple 会继续扣费。
